Returns & Refunds Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please log in to your account and submit a return request through your Orders page within 14 days of delivery. Once your request is received, we will confirm your return and provide instructions.

We accept returns on all products. Return postage is covered by us — we will provide a prepaid return label once your request is approved.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, provided they are in their original condition.

Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost. Express or upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exemptions

Please note that personalised or custom-made items — such as bespoke crochet pieces made to your specification — are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Wrong item received If you've received the wrong item, please get in touch within 14 days and we'll make it right straight away.

Colour variations Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. If you're unsure about a colour, feel free to message us before ordering.

Gift orders 🎁 Buying as a gift? Leave a note at checkout and we'll include a handwritten gift message at no extra charge. If you'd like gift wrapping, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help!
